Berlin, 30th August 2018 – SolarWorX receives a 50,000€ grant from Investitionsbank Berlin (IBB) as a support for future business development. The funding programme is aimed at innovative start-ups in Berlin and provides a cost subsidy for the development, implementation and market entry of innovative products and services. Funding is provided for technological, digital or particularly sustainable business models of companies based in Berlin.

During preselection and the final pitch SolarWorX was able to convince with a sustainable and innovative entrepreneurial approach. In particular the business model with a product development based in Berlin and a local distribution in Subsaharan Africa was valued.
